陸學者：亞太區域將動盪

日本新安保法即將完成立法，多位大陸國際關係學者表示，這凸顯安倍政府的軍國主義野心，未來不僅恐會進一步影響亞太區域和平，更會重挫中日關係，甚至可能波及兩岸問題，徒生不必要枝節。

中國人民大學國際關係教授王義桅說，安倍政府強行通過新安保法，將會引發亞太區域動盪，中日關係必然會進入一段「冷凍期」。而大陸肯定會對日本祭出相關經濟制裁，未來中日關係將雪上加霜，進入「政冷經冷」階段。

王義桅進一步分析，新安保法賦予日本自衛隊「出兵權」後，儘管不至於「擦槍走火」，但恐加劇中日雙方在東海的軍事對峙態勢。此外，大陸也擔心，台灣部分「台獨」勢力會錯誤認知，台海一旦有事，日本或可出兵助台。

不過，王義桅認為，儘管「木已成舟」，但中日雙方仍然要管控好彼此的分歧點，否則只是落入美國如意算盤，讓美方在亞太區域坐收漁翁之利，這點大陸當局必須要有所考慮。

華東師範大學兩岸交流與區域發展所副所長包承柯則稱，日本通過安保法，其軍國主義野心昭然若揭；他奉勸日本不要過度「高估」自身軍事實力，妄想「攪亂」東北亞局勢，「畢竟中國不是70年前的中國」。

針對新安保法，大陸外交部發言人洪磊表示，希望日本政府認真傾聽國內和國際社會的正義呼聲，確實汲取歷史教訓，堅持和平發展道路，在軍事安全領域慎重行事，多做有助於促進本地區和平穩定的事。
